Once you enter the city limits, you will be on Main Street. The Desilu Playhouse and Lucy-Desi Center Gift Shop are located at intersection of Main and Third Streets. If you continue south and turn left on Second Street, the Lucy-Desi Museum is located one block away on Pine Street. (Turn left on Pine, the museum will be on your right.) Erie, PA or Cleveland, OH Driving from points west, follow Interstate 90 east to I-86, just a few miles past Erie, PA. Follow I-86 east to Jamestown, Exit 12. Follow Route 60 south to Jamestown. Once you enter the city limits, you will be on Main Street. Follow this south to 2nd Street. Turn left. Pine Street will be one block away. Turn left on Pine. The museum is on the right side of the street. Binghamton or Elmira, NY Follow I-86 west to Exit 12. Follow Route 60 south (a left at the exit). Once you enter the city limits, you will be on Main Street. Follow this south to 2nd Street. Turn left. Pine Street will be one block away. Turn left on Pine. The museum is on the right side of the street. Pittsburgh, PA Interstate 79 north from the Pittsburgh area meets Interstate 90 at Erie, PA. Follow I-90 east to I-86, just a few miles past Erie, PA. Follow I-86 to Jamestown, Exit 12. Follow Route 60 south to Jamestown. Once you enter the city limits, you will be on Main Street. Follow this south to 2nd Street. Turn left. Pine Street will be one block away. Turn left on Pine. The museum is on the right side of the street. From the Erie International Airport Jamestown is about an hour from the Erie, Pennsylvania airport. Turn right (east) on Route 5 when leaving the airport parking lot. Go South on I-79 to I-90. Then follow the directions "From the West" above. From the Buffalo-Niagara International Airport Jamestown is about an hour and a half from the Buffalo-Niagara, New York, airport. When leaving the airport, follow the signs to the NYS Thruway/I-90 West/Erie. Then follow the directions "From the North" above. From the Chautauqua County Airport The Chautauqua County Airport is located in Jamestown, New York, and is serviced exclusively by United Airlines.  Our venues are a short 10 minute drive from the Chautauqua County Airport.  Exit the airport parking lot onto West Oak Hill Road, turn right onto Route 60.  Route 60 will become Main Street at Jamestown City limits.  The Desilu Playhouse and Lucy-Desi Center Gift Shop are located at the intersection of Main and Third Streets. If you continue south and turn left on Second Street, the Lucy-Desi Museum is located one block away on Pine Street. (Turn left on Pine, the museum will be on your right.)

Train and Bus Transportation
from New York City to Buffalo and Jamestown and Return
There is no direct train or bus from New York City to Jamestown. You would either have to take a train from NYC to Buffalo then a bus to Jamestown or a bus from NYC to Buffalo and change for another bus to Jamestown.

By Train, New York to Buffalo

There are several daily scheduled runs from New York to the Buffalo Exchange St. Station. For schedules contact Amtrak at above number or go on their web site, www.amtrak.com. There is a bus from the Exchange St. station to Jamestown about 3 times a day. Contact the Exchange St. Station (716) 856-2075 or U.S. News in Jamestown (716) 664-7357 to make sure the train you are taking will be close to the time a bus will be coming to Jamestown. Otherwise you would have to take a taxi to the bus station in Buffalo for a bus to Jamestown.

By Bus, New York to Buffalo
Greyhound Bus (212) 971-6329, or www.greyhound.com, makes runs from the Port Authority in New York City to the bus station in Buffalo (Metro Transportation Center at 181 Ellicott St.) where there are regularly scheduled Coach USA bus runs to Jamestown. For return from Jamestown to New York City you would take a bus either to the Exchange St. Station in Buffalo to meet a train to New York or to the bus station to take a bus to New York.
